VIN. 6F09K192549, Original1966 Mustang Hi-Po 2+2 GT K-Code was Initially purchased by from Strigel Ford of Kinnett Mo. in the summer of 1966 as a 4 Speed Hi-Po GT Fastback with Deluxe Interior.
The original owner bought the car with a few miles on it, after he drove it for a few days. Strigel Ford sold the GT after the a test drive of approximately 300 miles.
The Mustang was painted blue before it was parked it in 1973.
It spent 19 years in a metal storage building.
Last Registered by in 1973 when the owner's son was born
It was taken out of storage in 1992 and began an Accurate Sympathetic Restoration back to its Original Color configuration etc.
The Original Rally Pac was stolen while it was in storage, and then replaced.
After the restoration, the GT for 5 years.
He had Semo Mustang finish taking the car back to Original.
An additional 12 miles were added to it over 6-8 months, then sold to Jeff at Semo Mustang in 2016.
Jeff, SEMO Mustang owner, sold the Mustang With the Original Engine in 2017 at Leak auction in Tulsa.
The Mustang was sold by Mecums in 2019
Original Engine as represented by Gene Jr in 2017.
